Yogurt Fluff

  1. Mix the jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved.
  2. Stir the ice and cold water into the jello mixture.
  3. Stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir yogurt into jello mixture.
  5. Stir in fruit, if using.
  6. Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
  7. Top with non-fat cool whip if desired.
