White Wine Salmon

  1. Heat medium sized pan on medium heat.
  2. Add white wine and water bring to simmer.
  3. Rub salmon with oil.
  4. Coat with seasoning salt and pepper.
  5. Put in pan with lid.
  6. Cook 5 min each side with lid on.
