Asian Turkey Meatballs
- 1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey meat
- 1/4 cup Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 3 Scallions
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sea same oil
- Preheat oven 500F.
- Mix meatballs with above ingredients into 1/4 cup balls.
- Place onto baking dish and cook for 15 minutes.
- Make dipping sauce: 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons lime, 2 teaspoons water and 1 scallion sliced thin.
- Take meatballs out of the oven drizzle a little sauce on top (1 tablespoon) and place the res in a bowl for dipping!
