Easy Corn Chips
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
- Garlic salt
- any other desired spices
- Salt and pepper
- Salsa and sour cream
- Cut tortillas in quarters and then into eights.
- Pour olive oil into frying pan and heat oil.
- Lay tortilla triangles in oil and fry until golden brown.
- Lay on a plate and press with paper towels.
- Immediatly after season with Garlic salt and pepper or desired spices.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
- Enjoy!
