Crockpot Meatballs With Stuffing and Vegetables
- 1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 14 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (1 lb) bagfrozen precooked meatballs, thawed
- 1 cup colby cheese, grated (4 oz.)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- Set aside.
- Combine the soup and milk.
- Stir in the vegetables.
- Spoon into prepared baking dish.
- Place meatballs eveny over vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Spoon prepared stuffing mixture over all.
- Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes.
