Portabella Mushrooms and Veggies

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the garlic, onion, and bell peppers.
  3. Season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Place mushroom caps in the skillet, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until tender.
