Chicken/Cheese Open Faced Sandwich Recipe

• Minced, cooked (or possibly canned) chicken
• Grated sharp cheddar cheese
• Soft Philadelphia cream cheese
• Pickle relish
• English muffins

1. Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on warmed English muffins.
2. Put under broiler till bubbly and staring to brown.
