Baked Spaghetti
- 1 lb. box thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. beef hamburger or ground turkey
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu (any kind)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable delight (by Schilling)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Italian herb season (by Spice Island)
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 10 sliced black olives
- 1 Tbsp. pimentos
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 to 2 c. Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- Boil spaghetti as directed on box and drain.
- Saute all vegetables, mushrooms, parsley, olives, onion and green pepper until crisp, but not tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook meat. When done, drain meat and mix in veggies and spaghetti sauce in a bowl big enough to stir the mixture in.
- Mix the sauce mixture with the spaghetti.
