Anzacs

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, and coconut.
  3. Melt margarine and syrup in a small saucepan.
  4. In another small pan, boil 3 tbsp water, add baking soda and stir.
  5. Mix dissolved baking soda into syrup mixture; add to dry ingredients.
  6. Form small balls and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
