Hors' D'ogs

  1. Combine cheeses, brewer's yeast and shortening.
  2. Using plastic wrap, shape mixture into a log about 1" in diameter and 8" long.
  3. Roll log in toasted oatmeal.
  4. Slice into 1/2" rounds and serve.
