Sesame Chicken Chow Mein

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, brown sugar and water.
  4. Set sauce mixture aside.
  5. Heat large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the oil, and then stir in the garlic, onion and ginger.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic and onions are soft and fragrant.
  8. Stir in the chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned and nearly cooked through.
  9. Stir in the carrot and celery.
  10. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  11. Add the noodles and sauce mixture.
  12. Toss everything together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
  13. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
