Bok Choy Salad

  1. Prepare Bok Choy cut and chop leaves and stalks and green onions sliced including some tops and put back in refrigerator.
  2. Crush noodles before opening bag.
  3. In a heavy fry pan brown noodles with sugar, sesame seeds, and sliced or chopped almonds in the butter being careful not to burn, stirring constantly.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Mix all ingredients together with salad dressing just before serving.
