Fried Calamari Rings
- 1 Calamari
- 50 grams White flour
- 1 Egg
- 60 ml Water
- 100 grams Panko
- 1 Oil for deep frying
- Remove the guts from the calamari and peel its skin off.
- Cut into ring-shaped slices (chop the tentacles and fins into chunks).
- Coat the squid evenly with flour (unlisted; 2-3 tablespoons).
- Mix the flour and egg.
- Add the water and continue mixing.
- Dredge the calamari rings in the egg mixture and then the panko.
- You can make this much with a single calamari.
- Deep-fry.
- Voila!
- It's done.
