Hot Feta, Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 13.75 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 7 ounces sweet red bell peppers roasted, drained and chopped
- 2 cups feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise, fat free
- 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C) F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together the artichokes, peppers, feta, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; spread into the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbling on top, 20 to 25 minutes.
