Salmon Bake Recipe
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. finely minced fresh dill or possibly 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce.) can salmon liquid removed and flaked
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Birds Eye green peas, thawed
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- Mix Large eggs, soup, dill and pepper till blended.
- Add in salmon, peas, 1 c. cheese, red pepper, onion and bread crumbs; mix well.
- Pour into greased 12 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese; continue baking 2 to 3 min or possibly till cheese melts.
- Let stand 10 min before serving.
- Cut into triangles or possibly squares.
- Makes 8 servings.
