Easy Tuna and Avocado Dip

  1. Cut the avocado into 5 mm cubes and sprinkle on the lemon juice.
  2. Season it with salt and pepper, then mix in the ponzu.
  3. If you are not fond of the spiciness of the onions, sprinkle on some salt (not listed), rub, rinse, and drain it.
  4. I don't mind its spiciness, so I just cut it and did nothing to it.
  5. Combine the avocado with the onions and canned tuna (drain the oil), and add as much mayonnaise as you prefer.
  6. It goes well with French bread, baguette, or crackers!
  7. It's perfect to accompany a wine-based cocktail.
  8. It can be a great filling for a sandwich as well.
  9. This avocado dip's secret is the ponzu.
  10. Put it on a bowl of rice, drizzle on the mixture of wasabi and soy sauce, and enjoy the delicious avocado dip over rice!
