Simple Country Peach Tart

  1. Roll pastry into a 12 inch circle, transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Combine flour and sugar substitute, sprinkle over peaches, toss lightly.
  3. Put peaches on pastry.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Fold edges of pastry in.
  6. Bake in preheated 425 degree (225 C.) oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
