Watermelon Soda (Refresco de Sandia)

• One soda siphon
• Watermelon juice, strained
• 2 nitrous (CO2) cartridges

1. Fill the soda siphon with the strained watermelon juice and close the bottle.
2. Charge with 2 carbon dioxide cartridges.
3. Refrigerate and serve cold.
