Budget Shrimp Salsa Recipe
- 1 can (4oz) small shrimp
- 2 x Sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Warm salsa
- 1/4 c. Light lowfat sour cream
- 8 slc White bread Or possibly
- 4 x Tortillas
- Drain shrimp.
- Rinse with cool water.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Finely chop shrimp and mix with green onions, salsa and lowfat sour cream.
- Trim crusts from bread.
- Spread each with 2T filling.
- Or possibly spread tortillas with 1/4c filling each.
- Roll up tightly.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill for at least 30 min or possibly overnight.
- Slice each bread roll into 6 pcs or possibly tortillas into 8 pcs
