Eel Donburi
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 13 cup water
- 12 skewer grilled eel, cut up
- 13 bunch scallion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Put the liquid ingredients and sugar in a pot.
- Add the eel and bring to a boil.
- Add the scallions and stir in the egg.
- Shake gently until almost set.
