Canned Boiled Mackerel & Sweet Onion Salad
- 1 can Canned boiled mackerel
- 1/2 Sweet onion or regular onion
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Herbed salt
- 1 dash Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Canned mackerel oil
- Thinly slice the onion and soak in water.
- Thoroughly wring out the excess moisture and set aside.
- Open the canned mackerel.
- Arrange the onion on a dish and top with the mackerel.
- Pour on a little bit of the mackerel oil from the can and season with herbed salt.
- Squirt with some mayonnaise as well.
- Sweet Onion & Steamed Chicken with Umeboshi Sauce.
