A.1. Original Steak Fajitas
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) A.1. Original Marinade Mix
- 1 beef skirt steak (2 lb.)
- 1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
- Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
- Pour remaining marinade over steak in shallow dish.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate, turning after 15 min.
- Meanwhile, toss vegetables with reserved marinade.
- Refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak and vegetables 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
- Slice steak; serve with vegetables.
