A.1. Original Steak Fajitas

  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
  3. Pour remaining marinade over steak in shallow dish.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate, turning after 15 min.
  6. Meanwhile, toss vegetables with reserved marinade.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  8. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  9. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  10. Grill steak and vegetables 4 to 5 min.
  11. on each side or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  12. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
  13. Slice steak; serve with vegetables.
