Salted Naan Wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut each naan bread into 8 wedges using a knife or pizza cutter.
  3. Arrange them all on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush both sides of the wedges with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle both sides generously with the salt.
  6. Bake until they're golden brown and crisp, 15 to 18 minutes.
