Grilled Egg and Bacon Wafflewich
- 1 egg
- 2 sourdough bread slices (1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
- 3 tomato slices
- 1 cooked bacon slice
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- Heat greased waffle iron.
- Heat small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Add egg; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until white is set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
- Fill bread slices with spinach, tomatoes, bacon and egg.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Add to waffle iron; close lid.
- Cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until golden brown.
