Sauteed Chili Garlic Corn
- 6 ears fresh corn, kernals cut from cobs and reserved
- 6 red thai chili peppers sliced or any hot chili you like
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp blaack pepper
- In a large saute pan melt butter add all ingredients and saute 5 to 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Serve as a side dish to almost any meal!
