Bacon-Wrapped Carrot and Bell Pepper

  1. Cut the carrot and bell peppers into thin matchsticks, and boil or microwave to soften.
  2. Wrap a few pieces each of the carrot and bell pepper in a piece of bacon, and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pan fry the rolls.
  5. When they are nicely browned, season with a little salt and pepper and they're done.
