Bacon-Wrapped Carrot and Bell Pepper
- 1/4 of a medium carrot Carrot
- 2 Green bell peppers
- 8 half slices Bacon slices (cut in half)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Oil
- Cut the carrot and bell peppers into thin matchsticks, and boil or microwave to soften.
- Wrap a few pieces each of the carrot and bell pepper in a piece of bacon, and secure with a toothpick.
- Repeat to make 8 rolls.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and pan fry the rolls.
- When they are nicely browned, season with a little salt and pepper and they're done.
