Steamed Stuffed Veggies
- 2 ounces, weight Ground Pork
- 2 whole Green Onions, diced
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 whole Shiitake Mushrooms, Stems Removed
- 1 whole Cherry Tomato, Cap And Seeds Removed
- 1 whole Tofu Puff
- In a small bowl combine ground pork, green onion, salt and oyster sauce.
- Mix until combined.
- Stuff veggies with the pork mix.
- Using your thumb break off the top piece of the tofu puff so that its like a lid hanging off and stuff the tofu with the pork as well, replacing the tofu lid on top.
- Steam for 15 minutes on high heat in a steaming basket.
