Potatoes and Wiener Sausages in Curry & Ketchup

  1. Cut the potatoes and sausages into easy to eat sizes.
  2. Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil (not listed) in a pan and fry the potatoes and sausages (cook over medium high heat and fry until the potatoes are lightly browned).
  4. Mix in the ingredients, remove from heat and it's done.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and add parmesan to taste.
