Choco-cheese Monkey Bread
- 3 can biscuits
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350A.
- Open biscuits.
- Separate and flatten each one out.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes
- Mix granualted sugar and cinnamon together.
- Set aside.
- Put one cube of cream cheese in the middle of biscuit and cover with a few chocolate chips.
- Fold over dough and roll in a ball.
- Set aside.
- Do this until all biscuits are filled and rolled.
- Roll the dough filled balls in sugar cinnamon mix until they are completely covered.
- Next put brown sugar and butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 70 sec.
- Stir halfway through time.
- Spray a bunt pan with Pam.
- Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Layer the dough filled balls along the walnuts.
- Drizzle brown sugar/butter melt over dough balls.
- Add more dough balls on top and drizzle more "melt".
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350A.
- Let it cool for 10 mintues and then flip onto plate.
- Enjoy.
