Baked Bacon-Cheddar Frittata with Swiss Chard

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook bacon, chard and garlic in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp and chard is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  3. Whisk eggs and dry mustard until blended; stir in tomatoes and 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Add to ingredients in skillet; stir.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. or until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
  8. or until melted.
