Easy Marinated Tuna Bowl
- 1 Fresh sashimi-grade tuna
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Sake
- 50 ml Mirin
- 1 Wasabi
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Green onions
- 1 bowlful per serving Plain cooked rice
- If your tuna is a block, slice it.
- Put the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl.
- I also added wasabi.
- Add the tuna and lightly mix it up, wrap with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator.
- Let it sit a least 30 minutes to however long you want.
- Put the rice in a rice bowl, top with shredded seaweed, then arrange the tuna on top.
- Pour the marinade on top and garnish with green onions.
- When topping with the sauce at the end, there will be a lot of it.
- Please adjust the amount according to the amount of sashimi you use.
