Chicken Stuffed With Ham And Cheese Recipe
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or possibly thighs
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 1/2-1 c. cheese, grated (any type)
- 1-2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. white wine
- Flatten chicken pcs with mallet.
- Place a slice of ham and desired amount of grated cheese on top of each chicken piece.
- Roll up each chicken piece, jelly roll style and till string around each end to hold it together.
- In frying pan, heat butter.
- Place chicken "rolls" in pan and brown on all sides.
- Add in 1/2 c. white wine, cover and cook for 8-10 min.
- Remove string before serving.
