Grandma Wills Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Cream sugar, oil, and salt.
  3. Pour c. of warm water over creamed mix.
  4. Add in yeast and Large eggs; stir well.
  5. Gradually add in flour to the mix; knead dough.
  6. Place in greased bowl and let rise till doubled.
  7. Rolls can be made then, but works best after refrigerated.
  8. Roll out very thin; brush with melted butter and sprinkle on sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
  9. Roll up and slice in 1 inch thick slices.
  10. Place in greased pan; let rise about 2 hrs; then bake at 300 degrees for about 15 min.
  11. Cover with glaze of confectioners sugar and butter.
