Chicken Breasts With Bulgur Wheat
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 cup pimiento stuffed green olive
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups bulgur
- 2 lbs frozen chicken tenders (do not thaw)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients in the order given.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
