sig's breaded, filled pancake parcels

  1. mix all ingredients for pancake mix ,set aside for thirty minutes.
  2. in small frying pan heat a little butter ,cook (not to big) a pancake , slightly brown from both sides.
  3. Finish until used up .
  4. For the meat stuffing only: ,mix and rough blend all meat ingredients in foos proccesor add a spoonful or so to each pancake , fold in sides and fold over to make small parcel
  5. whisk the eggs ,roll each parcle in egg drip off ,roll into breadcrumbs.
  6. fry until golden brown all around , heated and cooked through
  7. these can also be filled with sauerkraut and mushroons or potatoes and creamcheese
  8. Sauerkraut and mushrooms filling
  9. For Sauerkraut filling you will need : 250 gr sauerkraut, 2 tblsp butter, 1 onion finely chopped ,8 oz chopped mushrooms ,1 pinch each salt and pepper,1 hardboiled chopped egg, 2 tablsp sour cream.
  10. saute onions,add sauerkraut ,saute for a while add mushrooms ,seasoning ,egg and sour cream.Make parcel proceed as before,
