Coleslaw

• 1/2 medium white or red cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 white onion sliced
• 2 medium carrots grated
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 5 tbsp mayonnaise

1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.
2. Serve as you wish.
3. I serve with jacket potatoes, salad or sticky pork
