Easy Cajun Pasta

  1. Slice sausage and brown in a skillet.
  2. In a stew pot, boil water with pinch of salt.
  3. Once boiling add egg noodles and cook just shy of al dente and drain.
  4. Lower flame from stew pot to med/low.
  5. Add the sausage and Rotel tomatoes.
  6. Return noodles to the stew pot and add sour cream and cajun seasoning.
  7. Cook another 3-5 minutes until warmed thru.
  8. Serve and add more seasoning to taste.
