Mmmmmango Tart

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.)
  3. butter; mix with wafer crumbs until blended.
  4. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. ; cool.
  7. Meanwhile, mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
  8. Gradually whisk in water until blended.
  9. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 5 min., stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 min.
  12. until completely dissolved.
  13. Add remaining butter; stir until melted.
  14. Refrigerate 30 min.
  15. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  16. Pour into crust.
  17. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  18. Run knife around tart to loosen from rim of pan; remove rim.
  19. Microwave jam in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec.
  20. Arrange mango slices on tart; brush with jam.
