Bear Italiano / Bear Stew

  1. Cook mushrooms and red peppers in butter until soft.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Brown meat in drippings.
  4. Add all other ingredients except spaghetti.
  5. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.
  6. Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  7. Add water as needed, you will need to add water a little more often when it gets close to being done.
