Mung Bean Dessert With Coconut Milk
- 1 cup dried mung bean
- 6 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk
- wash bean and drain then add water with a drip of oil or coconut oil into a preasure cooker on high for 15 minute
- *secret tips ...add a drop of oil to prevent bean from overflow from pot
- add rock sugar or brown sugar with.
