Creamy Peanutty Pie Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in 1 c. lowfat milk in pan.
  2. Cook approximately 5 min or possibly till gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Beat pudding mix with balance of lowfat milk (1 1/2 c.).
  4. Whip lowfat milk-gelatin mix into peanut butter.
  5. Add in pudding mix.
  6. Mix in whipped topping and pour in crust.
  7. Serves 6.
