Broccoli and Mushroom Casserole
- 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of pepperidge farm herbal seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 12 cups muenster cheese, shredded
- cooking spray
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- cook brocolli according to package directions and drain well.
- prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- mix together brocolli, garlic, onion, soup, mushrooms, and one cup of cheese.
- place brocolli mixture into sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- top with prepared stuffing.
- sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of stuffing.
- bake covered for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
