Indian Chicken Curry
- 1 12 kg chicken
- 3 large red onions, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 6 -7 chilies, sliced through the middle
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 5 teaspoons coriander powder
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- coriander leaves
- Crush garlic and ginger.
- Heat a pan and pour oil.
- Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium and fry onions in it till it gets caramelized.
- Add crushed garlic and ginger and chilli and saute it till done.Add tomato to it.Saute it again.
- Add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt to it.
- Saute it.
- Pour water.
- Add the chicken pieces to it.
- Keep checking it and sauting it.Ensure that the fire is in medium.
- Let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once it is done, turn off the fire.
