Baked Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 12 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- pepper
- Cook Macaroni as directed in a stockpot and drain.
- Return to stockpot over very low heat.
- Add all ingredients and stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
- Top will look golden brown and be crunchy.
