Asparagus Saute with Lots of Grated Cheese
- 2 bunches Asparagus
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Grated cheese
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Grated cheese
- Wash the asparagus and peel the bottom 1/3 of the stems.
- Cut it into easy to eat pieces.
- If the stems are thin and soft, you don't need to peel.
- Just cut in half.
- Melt butter in a pan, throw in the asparagus and fry on medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper, and once it's cooked through, add soy sauce and toss to coat.
- Finally, add grated cheese, stop the heat and allow everything to blend over residual heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle black pepper and grated cheese to finish.
