Crock Pot Oyster Stew Recipe
- 2 quarts. whole lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 pts. fresh oysters
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- In crock pot heat lowfat milk on high for 1 1/2 hrs.
- In saucepan, heat butter and add in oysters with liquid.
- Simmer on low till edges of oysters curl.
- Add in seasonings.
- Combine with the warm lowfat milk in crock pot and stew on low for 2-3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
