Fiesta Hummus

• 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch fiesta dip mix
• 1 (12 ounce) bag dried garbanzo beans (sorted,soaked, rinsed and drained)
• 1 (10 ounce) can rotel, undrained

1. Blend all three in food processor until spreading consistency.
2. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours to let flavors blend and settle.
