Tofu dip

  1. Using paper towels, blot excess water from tofu.
  2. Break up the tofu and put into food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
  4. Refrigerate in a container with a tight lid.
  5. Stir or shake before serving.
