Horseradish Cranberry Relish
- 2 bag fresh cranberries
- 2 small navel oranges
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 1/4 c. prepared horseradish
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- In a food processor, roughly chop cranberries, oranges, marmalade, sugar, raisins, and horseradish to combine.
- Remove from processor; stir in walnuts.
- Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
- Relish can be made 2 days ahead and stored airtight in the refrigerator.
