Marshmallow Truffles

  1. Dip marshmallows, 1 at a time, in melted chocolate, turning to completely coat all sides of each.
  2. Gently shake off excess chocolate.
  3. Place marshmallows on sheets of waxed paper; sprinkle evenly with nuts, adding about 1 tsp.
  4. to each.
  5. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours or until chocolate coating is firm.
